Message From Creative Director: Your Queens COVID-19 Update

Greetings Kings and Queens/Prince and Princesses,

As I have been lost of words throughout this year of 2020 and it's rapid changes, I am blessed to be alive, well and healthy and my royal team are all well.

In the months of May and June, we were able to participate in a few virtual events on our social media platforms as well as collaborate with other organizations for Juneteenth. This experience has given us the opportunity to reach hundreds of people virtually to bring our storytelling, song and dance!

Through it all, I'm thankful that the world had an opportunity to sit down and reflect on our own lives, Black lives, our sisters and brothers, and the healing of mankind; as these days will be written in history books for years to come. One thing I want us to take away from this experience of COVID, uprising, injustice and systemic racism is to continue to believe in yourself; your strength, your love, your joy, your light, your journey and your peace. YOU ARE ROYALTY!!
